We’re so excited that you’re interested in doing the FALL Issue of the magazine!! As a returning client, you will NOT do a phone consultation again & the $150 administrative fee is waived. Once you fill out this form, we’ll get you all the paperwork to lock in your session with pre-payment. You’ll need to take care of this by the end of February using any major credit card, PayPal Credit, or by opening a pre-payment plan with $500 down that will be paid off by July 26th, 2022.
